This family-friendly city hotel is situated in the centre of Düsseldorf, near the famous shopping street Kö (Königsallee). This shopping boulevard is held as the most exclusive kilometre in Germany. The city's Old Town, the Rhine promenade and the opera can all be reached in a short space of time via public transport links. The main train station can be reached in around 20 minutes on foot, whilst the city of Duisburg is roughly 20 km away. Cologne Bonn Airport is approximately 7 km from the accommodation.

The hostel has 154 rooms, including 9 single rooms and 131 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. The safe can securely store guests' valuables. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.
