The apartments are located 3 km from the main beach and the centre of Puerto Rico in a quiet area of the hillside ideal for couples and families. The shops, bars and restaurants of the Europa shopping centre are within two hundred metres of the hotel and Gran Canaria Airport is approximately 45 km away.

Facilities

The apartment complex has 112 rooms and 100 apartments, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. A currency exchange service is among the facilities and amenities available at the complex. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.
