This complex is located in Jandia, not far from Fuerteventura's most beautiful beaches. Countless restaurants and bars, as well as a public transport stop, are to be found near the building. The town's business centre and the harbour of Morro Jable are also in the immediate vicinity. The beach is a few minutes walk away and a nightclub is around 400 m from the complex. Fuerteventura airport is roughly 90 km away.

115 apartments are available to guests in a 3-storey main building and a 2-storey auxiliary building. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk provides a smooth check-in/check-out service.
