The hotel enjoys an excellent location at the resort of Playa Blanca, to the south of the island. A number of restaurants, bars, shops and public transport links can be found within a 20-minute walk of the property. Lanzarote Airport is approximately 35 km from the hotel.

Guests have a choice of 150 non-smoking rooms located in two 2-storey buildings with lifts. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock.
