The resort is located about 2 hours from Kota Kinabalu. It is reachable with a Kundasang and Pine Resort driving pass. Kota-Kinabalu International Airport is approximately 120 km away from the establishment.

Facilities

34 rooms are available to guests. The reception desk is open round the clock. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the hotel provides various services and facilities, including a baggage storage service, a safe, room service, a conference room and a banquet hall.
