The suites of this family-friendly hotel are in a tucked away location on the pine clad hillsides around Marmaris. The centre of the resort is approximately 3 km and the beach is the same distance away. The bus station is about 5 km away and Dalaman Airport is approximately 100 km away.

86 suites are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. The hotel provides a safe, a currency exchange service, a TV room, a playroom and a hairdresser. Internet access (for a fee) is available to guests in public areas. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.
