Location

This family-friendly and comfortable hotel is surrounded by a landscape of forests and grassland. The village of TiefenhΓ€usern belongs to the municipality of HΓΆchenschwand and is situated 950 m above sea level. It allows for wonderful views over the Swiss Alps. The country house is approximately 3 km from the town centre and its nightlife and around 10 km from Waldshut train station and its shops. The Schluchsee lake is roughly 12 km away and the Feldberg ski area is around 25 km away. Freiburg is approximately 60 km from the ski hotel.

Facilities

The hotel was built in 1845. The hotel has 15 non-smoking rooms, including 14 double rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A cloakroom, a currency exchange service, a TV room, room service and a laundry service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service. Bicycle storage is also available.
