The hotel is located inside the Fortezza Orsini in Sorano, overlooking the medieval town, the Fortezza. Both the countryside and the town centre are reachable in 3 minutes on foot, following the ancient access routes from the fortress. There are several restaurants, bars and pubs in Sorano. There is a bus station roughly 500 m away.
