The complex is located at the end of the Playa de Levante, in the Rincón de Loix area, a few metres away from a great variety of restaurants, bars and shops. The city centre and Old Town are around 2 km, or a 30-minute walk, away. There is public transport available nearby, around 200 m from the apartment hotel, and shopping facilities are located around 500 m away. Attractions in the nearby area include the Aqualandia water park, about 4 km away, and the Terra Mítica theme park and Terra Natura zoo/theme park, both some 7 km away. The city of Alicante is around 45 km from the property. The bus station is roughly 3 km from the apartment hotel, the train station some 5 km, and Alicante Airport is around 65 km away.

The apartment complex has 2 lifts and features 15 apartments. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. The complex provides a cloakroom and a safe. Internet access is available to guests in public areas.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living area and a bathroom, and air conditioning ensures just the right temperature. In some rooms, a terrace provides additional space for relaxation. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the double bed. A kitchenette with a refrigerator and a microwave is also provided as standard. A washing machine is provided for guests' convenience.
