The property is conveniently located in the middle of all Florida's attractions including Walt Disney World Resort, SeaWorld of Florida, Universal Studios Resort, Gatorland and more. Located right around the corner from 192/Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, guests will find plenty of restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, dinner shows and other tourist attractions. Kissimmee is famous for other outdoor activities too such as zip-lining, bungee jumping, the Old Town and their car show, Fun Spot, and more. The Greyhound bus station is around 11 minutes away by car and the Amtrak station is roughly a 28-minute drive. Daytona Beach is approximately a one-hour drive from the resort.

Guests have a choice of 58 suites and 2 single rooms located in a 3-storey main building and 7 auxiliary buildings. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock.
