The building is located 100 m from the Cala de Finestrat (Benidorm), on the Avenida Rosa de los Vientos. This privileged location is surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops, banks, etc. The sandy beach is just 50 m away. Alicante Airport is some 65 km from the apartment hotel.

A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests can use the parking spaces at the apartment hotel, subject to availability (for a fee).
