Perched on a scenic hill in the Chepino neighbourhood of its namesake town, the hotel enjoys a panorama of the locality encircled by beautiful pine forests. The town is around 130 km away from Sofia, and around a 90-minute drive from the metropolitan airport, and some 80 km away from the city of Plovdiv.

13 apartments and 66 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk makes check-in and check-out easy. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the hotel provides various services and facilities, including a safe, a babysitting service, room service, a hairdresser and 3 conference rooms.
