The hotel is situated on the island of Usedom, just a few metres from Bansin's white sandy beaches. There are numerous restaurants, bars, shopping opportunities and points of interest nearby.

The hotel has a lift and features 138 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services and facilities include a safe, a cash machine, a TV room and 3 conference rooms.
