Location

The hotel is situated directly on the white sands of Playa Paraiso in the Riviera Maya. It is just 20 minutes from Playa del Carmen. There, visitors will find restaurants, bars, a bus station and shopping opportunities. CancΓΊn International Airport is less than 30 minutes away.

Facilities

Guests have a choice of 434 rooms, 349 junior suites, 2 suites and 76 double rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The holiday village has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket.
