The hotel is located to the north of the island, in the heart of Jurere Internacional, in an area of great natural beauty that is also very safe. It is approximately 100 metres from the beach, 25 km from the centre of Florianopolis and 35 km from Conceicao Lake.

256 rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the holiday village provides various services and facilities, including a cloakroom, a safe, a playroom, room service, a laundry service and a conference room. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.
