On the north-eastern shores of Zanzibar, the hotel is a 45-minute drive from Stone Town. The roads are mainly tarmac but for the last twenty minutes may be a rougher ride. It is to 16 km from the Kiwengwa Pongwe Forest and 69 km from the Jozani Chwaka National Park. The hotel is a 45-minute drive from Zanzibar Airport.

The 35 rooms, including 12 suites and 8 double rooms, have a pleasant, inviting atmosphere. 9 villas/houses offer even more space and comfort. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the reception desk. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service.
