The hotel is located in IldΔ±rΔ±, a small place on the coast, roughly 25 kilometres north of Γ‡eşme and where many local people have holiday homes. The hotel enjoys a great seafront location with superb views out over the Aegean. Local transport runs regularly from the hotel's doorstep to the local resorts of IlΔ±ca and Γ‡eşme, some 15 and 25 kilometres away, respectively, and there is a bus service to the city of Izmir, approximately 60 kilometres away. Adnan Menderes Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 80 kilometres.

129 rooms, including 8 junior suites, 2 suites and 104 double rooms, are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. A check-in/check-out service is available round the clock at the reception desk in the lobby. Amenities include a safe and a currency exchange service.
