Location

The city hotel is located centrally on the Lista di Spagna, one of the main shopping districts of the city together with its continuation, Strada Nuova. From here guests can reach other important shopping areas such as Rialto, the old merchant district, and the Mercerie, which in the old days used to be a Venetian style Souk, and now is home to some of the most distinguished brands of the Italian and the international fashion industry. St. Lucia train station is a 5-minute walk from the city hotel and Piazzale Roma bus station is around a 10-minute walk away, as is the Jewish quarter. The centre of Venice and St. Mark's Square is a 25-minute ride on public transport from the hotel, and it takes 45 minutes to get to the Lido. Santa Lucia Church is just 3 minutes away on foot. Guests can reach Padova in 30 minutes, while Lake Garda is approximately a 2-hour drive from the hotel.
