The beach hotel is within walking distance of Tulum, Chichen Itza and Cobá and is near the ecological and aquatic parks of Xelha. The city centre of Playa del Carmen is roughly 1.5 km from the residence.

96 rooms, including 10 double rooms, are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk provides a smooth check-in/check-out service.
