Located approximately 2.5 km from the sea at an elevated level, it enjoys slightly cooler temperatures than the coastal areas. The local area offers great opportunities for the adventurous, from paragliding from the top of Baba Mountain to taking a bird's eye view from a micro-light or scuba diving in the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean. Dalaman Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 60 km.
