The hotel is located in a rural area, surrounded by large farms, only 1.4 km from the A28 that connects Porto to Viana do Castelo. Mindelo and Vila Chã beaches are 5 km from the residence, while the Mindelo metro station is 2 km away. The property is fenced by walls 3-4 metres in height (a typical Vila do Conde construction), with a 1-hectare garden. Francisco de Sá Carneiro Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 12 km.
