Location

This apartment complex is located in the heart of Lloret de Mar. From the building it is only about 200 m to the sandy beach, making it the perfect location for a relaxing holiday with the family or for an eventful holiday with friends. There are many different shopping venues as well as countless restaurants, bars and nightclubs to be found in the near vicinity. There is also a stop on the public transport network just 200 m from the complex, with a bus station 400 m and a railway station 6 km away. The station can be reached by public transport in about 20 minutes. Girona Airport lies around 34 km away, and it is roughly 115 km to Barcelona Airport. Barcelona port is some 80 km away.

Facilities

15 apartments are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a safe, a transfer service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry, a smoking area and a roof terrace. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Travellers with their own cars can use the parking spaces (subject to availability).

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation.
