This hotel is located 2 minutes from the centre of Grace Bay and 5 minutes from the Salt Mills Plaza shops. The Hole is 5 minutes away by car, Grace Bay Park is 7 minutes on public transport and it is a 7-minute drive to the Turks and Caicos National Museum, 10 minutes to the Cheshire Hall Ruins and The Conch Farm. The Turks and Caicos Islands, the crown jewels of the Caribbean, are only 70 minutes from Miami or just 3 hours from New York. The islands are well-served by major airlines, with direct flights daily from the US, UK and Canada.
Facilities
Guests have a choice of 168 rooms, including 48 junior suites and 99 suites, located in a 7-storey main building and 3 auxiliary buildings. Multilingual staff at the reception desk are on hand round the clock to assist guests with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services include a babysitting service (for a fee), room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a page service. Cyclists can make use of the bicycle storage area and hire service. Complimentary newspapers are available.
Rooms
Rooms include air conditioning and a fan. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. A wide range of sports are available, including water sports such as windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, kayaking, snorkelling and aquafit or, for a fee, diving. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, billiards, yoga and aerobics. A wellness area with a spa is available to guests. For a fee, massage treatments are also offered. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.
Meals
Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room and a bar. Guests can dine in 4 restaurants, which have air conditioning and high chairs as well as smoking and non-smoking areas. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The resort also offers special catering options.
