Location

The hotel is situated on the banks of Lake Maggiore with a wonderful botanical garden. The bus station is around 100 m from the hotel and the railway station is some 200 m away. The hotel is situated only 5 km from Stresa, with the Borromean Islands and Borromean Gulf, Monte Rosa, Switzerland and Milan Malpensa Airport.

Facilities

The hotel was built in 1870. 132 rooms, including 15 single rooms and 114 double rooms, are located on 132 storeys and can be reached by lift. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the 24-hour reception desk. Services and facilities include a cloakroom, a safe, a currency exchange service, a newspaper stand, a TV room, room service and a conference room. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.
