The resort is situated within Polonnaruwa’s city limits in close proximity to the majority of the historical sites guests would want to visit. It is located 10 metres along the pathway to the ancient Parakrama Samudra reservoir. The resort is 210 km from Katunayake International Airport and 220 km from Colombo.

Guests have a choice of 4 single rooms and 15 double rooms located in a 2-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. The hotel provides a baggage storage service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a conference room. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.
