Located two blocks from the Steamboat ski area, this resort is 5 km from Howelson Hill and Downtown Steamboat. Guests will find the nearest restaurants, bars and shopping around 200 m away, while links to the public transport are located just some 50 m from the apartment hotel.

Facilities

The apartment complex welcomes guests in a 3-storey building with a lift and 100 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A safe, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a conference room, a business centre, a coin-operated laundry and a smoking area are available. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.
