The hotel is located in the sea resort of St. Vlas, 35 km from Bourgas and 7 km from Nessebar. It is situated on the seafront, about 1.5 km from restaurants, bars and night clubs. It covers an area of 12,000 m² and it comprises three main buildings. The Marina Dinev Yacht Club, the most modern five-star yacht club on the Black Sea coast, is located right in front of the hotel. There is a bus station about 500 m from the hotel. Bourgas Airport is approximately 40 km from the hotel and Varna Airport is approximately 58 km away.
