Location

This villa is located in the village of Patrimonio, around 250 m from the nearest local shops, restaurant and bars, as well as numerous caves. The villa offers remarkable views of both the famous 13th-century church and the surrounding vineyards, for which this area is so widely known. Guests may also choose to go on a boat ride to the beach of Loto, the departure point for this being about 10 minutes away by car.

Facilities

3 non-smoking rooms are available to guests. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.

Among the standard amenities of some rooms is a terrace where guests can relax. Rooms include a double bed. Additional features include a refrigerator, a stovetop, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. Other amenities available include a washing machine and an ironing set. A TV ensures additional comfort. With water skiing or, for a fee, windsurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, canoeing and sailing available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from.
